Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (Botswana)
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and location
- Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders
3. International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by country:
- Africa (regional): 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 14–30 business days
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
4. Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
5. Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will do our best to investigate and resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. RIVER RIMS is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
